There is an initial form to make sure my services are right for you. All sessions are held online, making it easy to fit testing into your busy life.

Payment: Dr. Stewart accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and HSA card payments. Insurance is not accepted. Superbills can be provided upon request.

Assessment package = $2,250

For assessments, a deposit of $1225 is due at the time of booking your appointment to reserve your assessment appointment dates. Upon completion of your results, you will receive a request to pay the remainder of your fee. You will be required to complete payment before receiving your results and reserving a follow-up session.
